Troubleshooting guide

Confirm recurring schedule templates are active, start dates are valid, and the relevant facility is still enabled. If templates are active but rides are missing, contact support with template ID and date range.

Review accommodation fields in the rider profile and available vehicle tags in your fleet records. Mismatch conditions often occur when required accessibility attributes are missing from active vehicles.

Check notification routing rules and contact group assignments for overlapping recipients. Duplicate alerts are usually configuration-based rather than delivery-system failures.

Include organization name, affected facility, timestamp, ride IDs (if available), screenshot, and impact summary. This reduces first-response time and speeds root cause analysis.
